Please fill out your custom cut sheet.
The organ and meat cut sections are all included in the price. We deliver your cow to a USDA processor. Meat is then dry aged for 21 days, and processed based on your selections below. All standard meat selections are vacuum sealed packaging. Get your freezer ready.
We also offer some specialty options in the extras section at the end. These will be added to your final total based on your selection.
