Reserve your spot for Spring 2025 through our easy 5-step process.

Step 1 Secure your cow

We have limited spots available for custom meat processing in Spring of 2024. Secure your reservation with a deposit starting at $600 for a half cow, and $1,200 for a full cow. Our cows are grass-fed and grain finished. If you would like your cow to remain on grass, please email us. Processing dates will be booked for April/May with pickup dates 21 days later.

Step 2 Complete your personalized cut sheet.

We will provide you with a link where you can choose from our standard package or customize your own cut package. For a full cow estimate 400 lbs of meat. Processed around 50% ground beef, 30% steaks and 20% roasts, don’t forget your soup bones. For an extra fee you can choose to keep bones for dogs. We can walk you through this process.

Step 3 You'll soon receive your official processing date.

You will receive a link to settle the outstanding balance 30 days before the official processing date. Please have your completed cut sheet at this time.

La Pareja partners with USDA-certified processors and will coordinate with them to determine the official processing date. We will transport your cow to the processor, accompanied by the your completed cut sheet. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to ask.

Step 4 Prepare your freezer.

The meat will undergo a 14-day dry aging process before it's ready for pickup.

Recommended Freezer Sizes:

  • 7.0 cu ft for half a cow

  • 14.0 cu ft a whole cow

Step 5 It's time for meat pickup.

Your order will be ready 21 days after the processing date. We will get in touch with you one week before the pickup date. If needed, we can arrange delivery upon request.
